Social Media is constantly abuzz with an infinite conveyor belt of new trends dropping into your feed daily. It is an ongoing battle pitting the sexes against each other in mostly harmless and always pointless physical challenges. Yet, by all appearances, the ladies are walking away with these fitness feats in a merciless rout.
