I realize people don’t often comprehend they are part of a cult until it’s far too late. So, much like the victims of the Jonestown Massacre, Trump’s Cabinet Members won’t realize the joke’s on them until they reach the punchline. You would think that after Trump single-handedly destroyed the world’s economy, the President’s closest advisors would have substituted the self-congratulatory circle jerk with an intervention. But, apparently, along with corruption, incompetence, and bigotry, blind loyalty is a prerequisite for joining this MAGA sect. It makes sense, considering that both cults and religions are built in the image of their scam artist founder; the only difference between the two is that in religion, the founder is already dead.
